The MatchCentral Press Pass is an organizational credential issued by Match Central to eligible subscribers. By obtaining or using a Press Pass, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The Press Pass is an organizational credential that identifies the holder as a contributor to matchcentral.net. It is not a government-issued or league-issued media credential.
• The Press Pass does not grant automatic access to stadiums, press conferences, press boxes, or sporting events of any kind.
• Venue and event access is at the sole discretion of event organizers, stadium operators, and governing bodies.
• Match Central makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party acceptance of the Press Pass.
• The holder is responsible for verifying credential acceptance with venues and event organizers before attending.
• The Press Pass is valid only during an active Pro Writer (Elite) subscription. It becomes inactive immediately upon cancellation or expiration of the subscription.
• The Press Pass may not be transferred, duplicated, shared, or misrepresented in any way. Any misuse may result in immediate revocation and account termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Match Central is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Match Central and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
